Comment: GGF motifs profiles for higher number of base pairs from an organism seem to indicate multicellular morphology. Voronoi diagrams can simulate multicellular growth visually and so key parameters in the GGF algorithm were merged with a typical Voronoi algorithm to construct what might be a manifold for cell growth. A similar approach was taken in GGG004BAC and GGG005BAC in this gallery for the bacteriophage G4 genome. However, this representation takes no genome but just seeks to generate the framework or system (ie manifold) upon which a cellular framework might deploy analogous to canalization in the control of Boolean molecular networks only here the ‘canals’ are the edges of the network shown. They are essentially graphs in mathematical terms. It is believed that they could form models for future GGF functions by using this manifold instead of a regular cartesian manifold to display morphology.
